What you get

What you walk out with

Not slides. Things you built and can use the next morning.

A working AI agent

Built on a real task from your job or business, tested in the room, and ready to use on Monday.

A personal AI playbook

Prompts that work, workflows you can repeat, and a clear list of what never to paste into a public tool.

Confidence at work

You will know what is allowed, how data privacy works, and what to ask your IT team before you start.

A head start in your career

Being the person who can build, explain and improve a working agent sets you apart, whatever field you are in.

The agenda

The three hours

One build, start to finish, in a real room with real help.

Hour 1

Foundations, done right

How these tools actually work, how to pick the right one for a job, and the privacy basics. Short on theory, long on things you can use.

Hour 2

Build your agent

Bring a real task. Step by step, on your own laptop, we turn it into a working agent. You describe the work in plain English, and we show you how to shape it.

Hour 3

Make it yours

Test it, break it, improve it, and plan how you will use it Monday morning. We finish with open Q&A.

Example agents

Built for any field

These are examples of what you could build. You bring the task from your own work, and we shape it into an agent that fits.

Sales

A follow-up agent that drafts personal emails from your call notes.

Operations

A weekly status report built from messy updates.

Finance and bookkeeping

An agent that categorizes expenses and flags oddities.

HR and recruiting

Screen résumés against a rubric and draft interview questions.

Real estate

Listing descriptions and client update emails, in your voice.

Marketing

A month of posts built from one idea.

Customer service

Answer drafts written from your own FAQ.

Healthcare and office admin

Scheduling and intake summaries. No patient data in public tools.

Teachers and trainers

Lesson plans and quizzes for the next class.

Small business owners

Quotes, invoice follow-ups, and the weekly numbers.

Examples only. Your agent is built around your task.

Privacy first

Your data stays yours

The fastest way to get in trouble with AI is to paste the wrong thing into the wrong tool. We cover this before we build anything.

Know what learns from you

Some AI tools can use what you type to improve their models, depending on the plan and the settings. We show you where to find that setting and how to read the fine print.

Keep company and customer info out of public tools

We practice with stand-in data, so your agent works without exposing names, accounts or records.

Know what to ask IT

You leave with a short list of questions to take back to your IT team about approved tools, company accounts and data policy.

Who's teaching

Learn from someone who builds this

Chris Davidson

Chris builds and ships real AI tools and products. He brings more than 20 years of experience in software engineering and analytics, trains teams in professional sports, and is currently training business leaders across North Texas.

Most people don't need a chatbot. They need one thing at work to take twenty minutes instead of two hours. That's what we build in the room.Chris Davidson

Questions

Before you sign up

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You work in plain English the whole time. If you can write a clear email, you can build what we build.

What should I bring?

A laptop and its charger. We email simple setup steps ahead of time, including how to create a free AI account if you do not have one. Come with one real task from your job in mind. If you are not sure which, we help you pick in the first hour.

What if I have never used AI?

That is a good place to start. The first hour covers how these tools work from the beginning, and nothing after it assumes experience. If you already use AI every week, you will spend your time on a more ambitious build.

Which AI tools will we use?

Whatever you already have or can get for free. We teach the method, not one vendor's product, so what you build still makes sense when the tools change.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. The workshop is for you and your work. If you later want help for your team, you can ask, and that is a separate conversation.

When and where exactly?

Saturday, November 7, 2026, for about three hours, in the Flower Mound area of DFW. We email the venue, start time and payment link before the date.

What is the refund policy?

If we move the date and you cannot make the new one, you get a full refund.

Can I bring my team or book a private session?

Yes. Our Kickstart program covers team training, or email support@yforest.ai with the subject "AI training for my team" and we will set up a private session.

Nov 7. One room. Bring a laptop.
